Guests of the Sunset Dinner Experience are treated to a multi-course meal and beverage pairings all while enjoying conversation with friends new and old in a purposeful conversation dining experience. Smedley Events utilizes a purposeful conversation model to create opportunities for dialogue that connect guests and allow them to discover their commonalities. After dinner and conversation the evening is capped off with local entertainment as guests enjoy a picturesque view of a Colorado sunset cascading over Mount Evans.

In the third season of the Sunset Dinner Experience, Smedley Events will host a public event on Saturday, May 28th featuring the topic of Heritage. 

How has your heritage influenced your life? At this dinner guests will be invited to share stories and experiences around the topic of Heritage. Who is someone that has had a big influence on your life? If you could hold on to one memory from your life, which would it be? We invite guests to share as they feel comfortable and listen with the intention to learn something new. 

This Sunset Dinner will proudly feature Chef Aaron Gonerway from Plates by the Pounds BBQ. Aaron’s roots are from Texas, but his home and heart are in Colorado! We hope to see you there!
